Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 12 September 2026

These terms govern the use of the lorenzostudio.info website and the services it offers, including the conversational assistant. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

Who runs this site

This site is run by Lorenzo Studio, Via per Modena 16, 41030 Bomporto (MO), Italy. VAT IT04190000366.

For anything concerning these terms, write to info@lorenzostudio.info.

What this site is

The site is informational: it describes who we are, how we work and what we offer. Its content is not an offer to the public under art. 1336 of the Italian Civil Code, nor a contractual proposal.

A professional relationship only comes into being through a written agreement signed by both parties. No conversation started on this site, on its own, commits Lorenzo Studio to delivering a service.

The conversational assistant

The site offers an assistant that answers through a third-party language model. Replies are generated automatically: they may be incomplete or inaccurate, and they are not reviewed one by one before you see them.

The assistant does not provide professional advice, does not issue quotes and does not state prices, timelines or binding commitments. Its purpose is to understand what project you need and to collect a contact address.

The conversation is deliberately short: the system allows a limited number of exchanges per session and closes when you leave an email address or when that limit is reached.

  • Do not put special-category data, credentials, confidential information or other people's personal data into your messages.
  • How conversation data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy.
  • The transcript is emailed to you only if you leave your address; in that case a copy also reaches us, so we can get back to you.

Permitted use

You may browse the site and use the assistant to evaluate working with us. Any other use requires our written consent.

  • Do not attempt to access parts of the site, systems or data that are not intended for the public.
  • Do not use automated tools to extract content, drive the assistant or circumvent rate limits.
  • Do not submit unlawful or defamatory content, or content that infringes the rights of others.
  • Do not use the service for purposes other than those it is offered for, including load testing or attempts to manipulate the language model.

Technical limits and suspension

The assistant endpoint is protected by an anti-abuse check and by per-IP rate limits. If you exceed those limits, the service is temporarily refused.

We may suspend or restrict access, without notice, for anyone using the site contrary to these terms or in a way that compromises its operation.

Intellectual property

Text, images, the mark, the visual identity, code and all other site content belong to Lorenzo Studio or to their respective owners and are protected by copyright and trade mark law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or reuse that content without written permission, beyond ordinary browsing and the quotation the law allows.

Third-party links

The site may link to resources run by third parties. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, practices or terms, which remain the responsibility of their operators.

Availability and limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it is always reachable, error-free or uninterrupted: maintenance, updates or failures at our infrastructure providers can make it temporarily unavailable.

To the extent permitted by law, Lorenzo Studio is not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the site, nor for decisions taken on the basis of replies generated by the assistant. Liabilities that the law does not allow to be excluded, in particular towards consumers, are unaffected.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the site or the services change. The version published on this page is the one in force; the date at the top shows the last update.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law.

The courts of Modena, Italy have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer forum provided by law where the user is acting outside their trade or profession.
